1. Service Description
AI Business Strategy ("we", "us") provides AI-powered business intelligence reports and analyses, including website audits, strategic assessments, competitive analyses, and research and analysis services. These services are operated by Jeff Brookfield, sole trader, based in Alicante, Spain.
2. Accuracy and Disclaimer
Reports are generated using AI analysis of publicly available data. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
While we take reasonable steps to verify AI-generated findings, all reports should be independently verified before being used as the basis for business decisions. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs, and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis.
You acknowledge that any reliance on the information provided in our reports is at your own risk.
3. Pricing and Payment
Services are offered at the following price points (subject to change):
- Free diagnostic — no charge, instant visibility assessment
- Digital Presence Diagnostic — €19 per report (one-time)
- Monthly Optimisation Pack — €149/month, billed monthly
- Strategic Intelligence Report — €497 per engagement (one-time)
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Refund Policy
- Free scans — no charge, no refund applicable
- Full reports (€19) — full refund within 7 days if the report was not delivered. Once a report is delivered, no refund is available as the service has been fully performed
- Strategic analyses (€497+) — refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the delivered analysis, minus 20% for research costs already incurred. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
- Optimisation packs (monthly) — cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No refund for the current month's payment
5. Usage Rights
Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered reports for your internal business purposes.
- Reports may be shared internally within the purchasing organisation
- Reports may not be resold, republished, or distributed commercially
- Reports may not be used to create derivative works for commercial distribution
- Attribution to AI Business Strategy is appreciated but not required for internal use
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
- We are not liable for any decisions made or actions taken based on the content of our reports
7. Intellectual Property
All methodologies, systems, tools, and proprietary processes used to generate reports remain the intellectual property of AI Business Strategy. The purchase of a report grants a usage licence as described in Section 5; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying analysis framework.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs you do not own or have authority to scan
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the scanning infrastructure
- Provide false information when using our services
We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate access at our sole discretion.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Alicante, Spain.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law.
